These terms and conditions govern the use of the Golf Shack LLC and all services provided within the facility.

1) Responsible Use: Patrons are expected to use the facility and equipment responsibly, following all safety guidelines provided.

Customers are responsible for the using the golf simulators in a safe and respectful manner. ANY DAMAGE CAUSED DUE TO MISUSE WILL BE THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE PATRON.

2) Liability Waiver: Patrons acknowledge that they are participating in activities at their own risk and release Golf Shack LLC from any liability of injuries or damages incurred during their visit.

PATRONS ARE FULLY AWARE OF THE RISKS ASSOCIATED WITH GOLF AND INDOOR GOLF, PARTICULARLY AS THEY EXIST IN THE CONFINES OF AN ENCLOSED INDOOR AREA, INCLUDING THE POSSIBLE RECKLESS CONDUCT OF OTHER PARTICIPANTS. I HAVE CAREFULLY READ THIS AGREEMENT, AGREE TO ACCEPT ANY AND ALL INHERENT RISKS OF PROPERTY DAMAGE & PERSONAL INJURY.

3) Amendments: The Golf Shack LLC reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Patrons will be notified of any changes. By using our services, you acknowledge and agree to abide by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms and conditions, please do not use our services.
